Axle collects information about you when you install our mobile application and through other interactions and communications you have with us through our online services (including our website, portals and platforms) or otherwise. We use analytics to help analyze how our users use the Service. Log in information, e.g., email address, user name, password: to enable you to log into you accounts, to track the Activities you have completed, to communicate with you about your account, Activities and Service updates, to maintain and operate our Service, to track activity and enhance serving and targeting activities, to compile information for our clients and affiliates, and to mitigate against fraud.
User device ID and IP address, such as operating system, user settings, your use of the Services: To personalize and improve the Services, including to provide or recommend content targeted towards a specific user in a specific location.
Device information: To better understand the user's context for app enhancements and bug reporting, to compile information for our clients and affiliates, and to gather data that can be used for dispute resolution when performing paid Activities.
Language: To be able to present the user with text within the app in a language that the user understands.
Performance metrics for APIs: To ensure that all the APIs used by the app are working well in order to provide the best possible user experience for the user.
Overall, we will be logging the data mentioned above in order to better serve our users and prevent fraudulent users from abusing our Services, including the Activities, and to fulfil projects for clients and affiliates. This data will sometimes be sent to Axle via digital analytics companies. Some of the information mentioned above may also be shared with our partners, clients and affiliates. Information We Collect from Other Sources If you provide your third-party account credentials to us or otherwise sign in to the Service through a third-party site or service, you understand some content and/or information in those accounts("Third-Party Account Information") may be transmitted into your Axle account if you authorize such transmissions, and that Third-Party Account Information transmitted to the Service is covered by this Policy. We may combine information from this app or site with information we have collected from you in your capacity as a user of the Service. Google, and any other similar vendors with which Axle works, may collect or receive personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites from the Service and other apps, and use that information to verify Activities and surveys, detect fraud, and provide measurement services and ads.
Axle takes fraud prevention and legal compliance seriously. As a condition of being qualified to sign up for and complete Activities using the App, Axle may conduct background and security checks, as it deems appropriate and in its sole discretion.

YOUR CHOICES Account Information: You may correct your account information at anytime by logging into your in-app account. Please note that in some cases we may retain certain information about you as required by law, or for legitimate business purposes to the extent permitted by law. For instance, if you have a standing credit or debt on your account, or if we believe you have committed fraud or violated our Terms of Use, we may seek to resolve the issue before deactivating your account.
